Abstract:
In this paper, the author analyzes some reasons for the inefficiency in the retrieval of conference proceedings in Western languages. Then, she proposes some recommendations to acquisitions and cataloging librarians. 5 refs.

      西文会议录检索效率低 ,主要是由于参考文献著录和会议文献著录规则间的差异 ,以及参考文献、检索刊物著录与机读目录标目间的差异等造成的 ,常见的问题有多种。在网络环境下 ,可针对这些问题采取相应对策 ,以提高检索效率。建议 :会议录著录要重视会议名称标目 ,会议录丛书应统一著录格式 ,要注意揭示外文期刊中的会议文献 ,订购会议录应保持连续性。参考文献 5。
