| Political economics of information is a theory to analyze social relationships in the production, exchange and use of information with the points of view and methodology of political economics. In this paper, the author discusses some issues concerning the commercialization of information, the division of information, etc., and proposes some suggestions for public libraries to provide better services. 29 refs. |

| 信息政治经济学 ,就是运用政治经济学的观点、方法分析信息生产、交换、使用过程中所体现的社会关系。从信息政治经济学角度看 ,信息商品化的代价之一是削弱了信息的公共财富性质 ,对图书馆提出了严峻挑战 ;而信息分化 ,会造成贫富不同的阶层占有信息上的不平等。公共图书馆应在市场和政府之间调整好关系 ,在缓和信息分化、开展终身教育、提高国民素质等方面发挥作用 ,发展自我。参考文献 2 9。 |
