| The reason why Yong Le Da Dian (Great Encyclopedia of the Yongle Reign) can be handed down from generation to generation is that it can meet the needs for academic research, promoting national culture and arranging document information. In this paper, the author also summarizes functions of reference books, and proposes some recommendations for contemporary compilers of reference books. 3 refs. |

| 像《永乐大典》这样的类书编纂之所以能代代相承 ,是因为它适应了学术研究、繁荣民族文化和治理文献信息环境之需要。类书具有汇辑资料 ,提供信息 ,鉴选文献精华 ,提高公民道德等独特功能。当代类书的编纂应注意的问题有 :取材要广 ,内容要精 ,体现时代特点 ;要科学分类排比 ,便于检索 ;要加强引言、叙说 ,体现指导功能 ;要以专科类书编纂为主 ,反映当代信息 ;应予深度标引 ,重视资源开发。参考文献 3。 |
