| Standards and specifications related to the building of digital resources can be divided into those for the creation, description, management, services, long term storage of contents, etc. In early stages of the development of digital libraries in various countries, emphasis is put on the establishment of systems of standards and specifications for the building of digital resources. In this paper, the authors propose to learn from the experiences of foreign countries. 93 refs. |
