Abstract:
Development and management of professional careers is a new research field in the management of human resources. It is very important to be used in library to keep professionals. In this paper, the authors discuss some methods, such as helping professional to draft and implement their plans of professional careers, creating some new ways in their professional careers, and using different management measures for different people. 8 refs.

      职业生涯开发与管理是人力资源管理中的一个新课题 ,对图书馆有着重要意义 ,是图书馆留住人才的有效手段 ,也是保证图书馆其他资源得到合理利用的前提。图书馆实行职业生涯开发与管理的方法有:帮助工作人员制定和执行职业生涯计划、为工作人员开辟不同的职业生涯道路、对工作人员不同的职业生涯阶段采取不同的管理措施。参考文献 8。
