| GATS (General Agreement on Trade in Services) and TRIPS (Trade-Related Intellectual Property Rights) challenge the position, survival and development of library and information services. In this paper, the author thinks that we should be in accordance with the position of IFLA and make studies on various issues occurring after China's entrance into WTO. 6 refs. |
