Abstract:
In this paper, the author introduces some major network methods for library user survey, including e-mail, website questionnaire, online discussion group, server log statistics and user registration survey. They have the characteristics of wide coverage, method flexibility, high efficiency, low cost, strong objectivity and higher automation level. 7 refs.
