Abstract:
Chinese Social Science Citation Index (CSSCI) is an important tool for the evaluation of productive force of social sciences. Based on an analysis of CSSCI data, we can rank the productive force of social sciences in Jiangsu, Hubei and Shanghai respectively in the second, third and fourth places, while Beijing is in the first place. Then, the author analyzes advantages and shortcomings of the three provinces and municipalities. 2 tab. 5 refs.

      《中文社会科学引文索引》(CSSCI)是评价社会科学生产力的重要工具。基于CSSCI的数据分析 ,江苏、湖北、上海三省市1998～2000年的社会科学生产力水平位列全国 2、3、4名 (北京为第1名)。三省市社会科学研究分别在不同的学科领域具有发展优势,但也存在某些不足。表2。参考文献5。
