| The entrance into WTO requires that China should reform the present system of copyright trade and adapt it to new rules. To solve existing problems, we should adopt the following strategies: improving legislation, strengthening anti piracy measures, improving copyright management and operation mechanism, developing copyright agent system, and promoting network copyright trade. 1 tab. 15 refs. |

| 加入WTO意味着我国必须改革现行版权贸易体制,使其符合新规则的要求。面对我国版权贸易体制中存在的问题,应采取的对策有:进一步完善立法、加大力度打击盗版活动、完善版权管理体制与机制、积极发展版权贸易代理制、积极推进网络版权贸易。表1。参考文献15。 |
