Abstract:
In this paper, the author analyzes reader's requirements and usage characteristics of books and periodicals from market to library and then to interlibrary loan by using the concept of economic efficiency, and thinks that opportunity cost is an important factor for the low economic efficiency of interlibrary loan, and is a main obstacle to interlibrary cooperation and resources sharing. Then he analyzes user's choice of patterns of information services by using a time cost model, and points out that the direction of information resources sharing is networking, digitization and the development of digital libraries. 3 figs. 6 refs.

      以经济效率的概念为工具,分析书刊从市场进入图书馆再到馆际互借的需求和利用特点,认为机会成本是影响馆际互借效率低的重要因素,也是阻碍馆际合作和共享的重要原因。用时间与收入配置模型分析了用户对信息服务方式的选择。指出信息资源共享的方向是网络化、数字化和数字图书馆建设。图3。参考文献6。
