| With the increase of paper format documents and new library services, the sizes of new library buildings should be expanded, and cultural environment should be considered. In this paper, the author discusses the coordination of construction and design, rational functions for different purposes and energy saving. 3 refs. |

| 由于纸质文献及新的服务项目和内容的不断增加,新馆的基建规模仍需扩大,设计中应注重文化氛围的营造。建筑应做到施工设计配套,使用功能合理配置。应从声区设置、业务流程、场馆利用率等方面考虑功能布局。新馆从设计到施工都要考虑利于节约能源。参考文献3。 |
