| In the Greater Vancouver Regional Distict in Canada, there is a perfect system of libraries, which is properly distributed and easy to be used. All the libraries provide free and convenient services. Citizens can participate in the management or support of the libraries by reading their annual reports. All the libraries have good cooperative relationship between each other. |
