| The author thinks that there are four basic elements for network information resource management system, i.e. network information, user requirements, network navigators and system development/maintenance experts, and computer and network application environment. The operation mechanisms of a network information resource management system include the acquisition and organization of network information.Then, the author proposes some new ideas for the development of network information resource management system.4 refs. |
