| Library is a developing concept. The author thinks that the present definition of library is limited, public knowledge resources should be the basic contents of library, public knowledge management should be the basic function of library,and knowledge sharing and knowledge welfare should be basic social requirements for library. The concept of "public knowledge center" can reflect the nature of library more accurately. 4 fig. 18 refs. |
