| The authors think that the change of information situations and the anxiety of users are the main reasons for the change of knowledge acquisition environment. To solve the problems, we can build a good environment by the following ways: eliminating technological anxiety by information literacy, building library digital culture, and eliminating library anxiety. 8 refs. |
