| The authors think that traditional reference services and network library services are different in concepts, positions, roles, reference sources, user services, users and reference librarians, management patterns, etc. The former is the basis of the latter, and the latter is the inheritance and development of the former. Representing opportunities, future, and trends of the development of digital libraries, network reference services will be a strategic choice for the sustainable development of Chinese libraries. 4 tabs. 16 refs. |
