| In the networked environment, there are new patterns of library reader surveys, including website questionnaire, survey based on video conferencing system, survey based on database search technologies, and survey based on Web mining technologies. The authors propose the strategies for university library reader survey in the networked environment: relying on active surveys, paying attention to website surveys, and establishing a perfect system of surveys. 1 fig. 1 tab. 5 refs. |
