| The success of an information system development project depends on the work performance of the project manager. However, there isn't a system of performance evaluation indicators for project managers. The authors think that we should base the performance evaluation of project managers on the responsibilities of the managers and the measurement standards of project success. They also describe two kinds of indicators, and summarize two methods. 3 figs. 5 refs. |
