Abstract:
The author thinks that to develop digital collections in army university libraries, we should properly deal with the relationships between online acquisitions and offline acquisitions, characteristic databases and characteristic digital collections, Chinese Library Classification and military classification systems, and military information and other information. He also thinks that coopertive acquisitions, centralized cataloging and distributed collections are efficient solutions. 4 refs.
