Abstract:
Open conents are those whose copyright owners allow anyone to use or copy them hout special permission or payment. The types of open contents include open journal, en book,open courseware, learning object repository, etc. In this paper, the author discusses the management of their intellectual property. 12 refs.
中文摘要:
      开放内容是指知识产权人将其作品授权,允许任何人不经特别许可或付费的情况下去复制使用,甚至允许再创造并形成演绎作品。开放内容的类型有开放期刊、开放图书、开放课件、学习仓库等。其版权管理以承认作者贡献为前提,开放内容针对内容的复制、发布,开放内容是建立在开放的版权许可证基础之上的。共同资源主要是推动网上资源发展,其知识产权管理由版权许可证作了严密规定。参考文献12。
