Abstract:
The contents of library culture include behavior forms, such as architectural desing, environmental identity, work objectives, ethic codes and human relationships, and core cultural layers,such as library mission, decision making, evaluation and management of librarians, etc. Library culture should be developed and transformed under the impact of the networked environment. In this paper, the author discusses these issues in detail. 13 refs.

      图书馆文化的内容包括:建筑设计、设备和环境形象,工作目标、道德准则、人际关系等行为形态,以及图书馆的目的、决策、馆员评价和管理、馆员形象、图书馆人际关系本质等核心文化层。受网络环境的影响,图书馆文化应该变革、发展。网络环境下,应建立团队文化,形成学习型文化氛围,培育以人为本的文化,要弘扬图书馆精神。要在实践中通过教育培训、制度建设等等来塑造图书馆组织文化。参考文献13。
