Abstract:
The author thinks that the self-control of network contents is one important component of the policies for the management of network information contents. Because of the anonymousness and internationality of network information behaviors, it is difficult to manage them by traditional measures. Therefore, we should establish self-control mechanisms of network information contents, including the mechanisms of ICP self-control, ISP self-control and network user self-control. 4 refs.
