| Abstract: |
| The nature of the publicness of public information determines the diversity of the subjects of public information services, while the low efficiency and absence of government public information services and the profit-making motive of enterprise information services cause the third sector to play an important role in public information services. The author thinks that the division and cooperation between the government and the third sector are the key factors to improve the efficiency of public information services. 15 refs. |
