Abstract:
The organizational culture of library can be reflected in three aspects, i.e. material environment, internal human relationship, and values and ways of thinking. The design of the organizational culture of library should start with common objectives, professional spirit and professional ethics. However, the formation of the organizational culture of library is a long process. 3 refs.
