| 数字图书馆信息发布法律关系包括法律关系主体、法律关系客体与法律关系内容。数字图书馆信息发布法律关系已成为解决数字图书馆知识产权问题的基础性工作和关键工作。数字图书馆在发布信息时要明确对方主体及其权利状况;对于不同的作品应该加以区分;在全文发布时要取得著作权人的信息网络传播权,同时不得侵犯权利人的精神权利。参考文献9。 |
