Abstract:
In the Ming and Qing dynasties, quite a lot of Chinese scholars had experiences in reading therapy, and recorded many cases in their books. In this paper, the author discusses the characteristics of reading therapy and analyzes some cases. 19 refs.

      阅读疗法是把阅读作为养生保健和预防以及辅助治疗疾病的手段,使自己或帮助他人保持或回归身心健康的一种方法。明清两代,知识分子对阅读疗法有所体验、有所认识的不乏其人。他们在著述中记录自己读书疗病的经历,留下了许多阅读疗法的医案。参考文献19。
