Abstract:
The author thinks that we can evaluate digital collections by using network information resource evaluation methods, which include third-party evaluation, network information resource user evaluation and network informetric evaluation. Then, the author proposes a method by integrating qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation, building an evaluation model with hierarchical analysis, and constructing a system of indicators. 16 refs.

      数字馆藏评价方法可以借鉴网络信息资源的评价方法:第三方评价、网络信息资源用户评价和网络计量法评价。使用定性分析、定量评价相结合,并采用层次分析法构建一个评价模型, 将定性与定量指标加以综合,构成一个统一的指标体系加以评价,较为科学。参考文献16。
