Abstract:
Since the 1990s, countries in Europe and America have included public information management into their national information infrastructures, and formed good environment for the development of public information management. In this paper, the author makes a comparative study on public information management in Europe, U.S.A. and China, and proposes some recommendations for Chinese decision makers. 13 refs.

      20世纪90年代以来,欧美各国已将公共信息管理纳入国家信息基础设施建设的范畴,基本形成有利于公共信息管理顺利发展的环境。通过欧美中公共信息管理的比较,对我们的启示有:制定公共信息管理的政策法规,确保政府信息公开;动员全民参与;鼓励市场竞争;重视公共信息管理人才的培养。参考文献13。
