| There are some problems in CNMARC, such as overelaborate description, repeated contents and redundant fields. The author thinks that ECIP is a solution to these problems, and proposes some principles for the implementation of the proposed ECIP project. 3 refs. |

| CNMARC存在着使用烦琐、数据著录重复、字段冗余等缺点。要解决这些问题,应实施ECIP计划。ECIP利用了一次录入生出两种产品、对线性文件作结构化处理等原理,实现自动编目,可全面提高数据质量。实施ECIP计划,必须认真执行有关标准,建立综合书目服务网络,做好系统开发工作。参考文献3。 |
