Abstract:
In the new social environment and conditions, library and information services have thecharacteristics of public welfare and sociality, which determine their strategic status in the national sustainabledevelopment. The challenges and reality facing the Chinese library and information services determine theirstrategic mechanisms, directions, structures and realization in their socialization development. 11 refs.
