| Library is net only an organization, but also an institution. The institution of library is tosecure the knowledge rights of citizens, which include the rights of knowledge freedom, equality, sharing andentertainment Organizational paradigm and institutional paradigm is the two main paradigms of libraryscience, and the study of library science based on the institutional paradigm is the institutional libraryscience. 18 refs. |
