| 建立知识管理学具有实践意义、理论意义和科学意义。知识管理学的产生有其经济、技术、实践、理论、学科和教育方面的背景。目前,知识管理学的研究可分为技术学派、行为学派和综合学派,研究内容很广泛。从体系结构上讲,知识管理学可分为:宏观知识管理学和微观知识管理学;广义知识管理学和狭义知识管理学;理论知识管理学、技术知识管理学和应用知识管理学。参考文献30。 |
