      图书情报业务所依托的信息管理技术构成,决定了技术推进的社会体系构成。社会化技术体系包括:纳入国家信息化建设和发展战略的包括图书情报部门在内的公用信息管理技术平台推进体系,纳入图书情报事业管理体系的知识信息管理技术发展体系,以图书情报业务发展驱动的服务技术开发体系。参考文献5。
