| The author introduces the history of library consortia in the world and in China, summarizes their functions and types, and points our the future directions of their development. 18 refs. |

| 作为现代意义的图书馆联盟起始于20世纪30年代的美国大学图书馆联盟;在我国则是新中国成立之后才出现图书馆联盟活动。图书馆联盟具有资源建设协调、电子资源集团采购、存储及运行、馆际互借及文献传递、编制联合目录、进行人员培训、开展咨询协作等功能。从联盟的组织模式、合作模式、功能模式等不同角度去划分,联盟可分别有多种不同类型。同质性、相互渗透及融合、多极化、数字图书馆等,是图书馆联盟发展的趋势。强有力的领导核心、平等议事机制、信守协议、充足的经费、合理的利益分配等,是联盟赖以发展的重要因素。参考文献18。 |
