Abstract:
The authors discuss the necessity and importance of a national system of digital resources of doctoral dissertations and master's theses, summarize the patterns for the development of such resources, and propose some suggestions to promote the development. 2 refs.

      建设国家博硕士论文数字资源保障体系是国家信息资源战略储备的需要,对促进成果交流和共享、提高科研水平具有重要意义。目前,国内外学位论文数字资源建设中的论文收集、加工、服务方面,有集中式和分布式两种模式;版权处理上有商业和非商业模式。我国国家学位论文数字资源保障体系建设的论文收集、加工、服务及版权问题处理,应分别情况,采用不同模式。参考文献1。
