| The institution of library is an institutional arrangement of a country and its government to protect the intellectual rights of citizens, and belongs to the category of a cultural system of the country. | 图书馆制度是国家及其政府为了保障公民的知识权利而选择的一种制度安排,图书馆制度属于国家的文化制度范畴。图书馆制度可分为宏观、中观和微观三个层次。国家及其政府是图书馆宏观制度的供给主体。目前我国的图书馆事业建设存在着较严重的制度缺位现象。制度图书馆学是从制度视角研究图书馆现象的一种思维方式。参考文献18。 |
