| In this paper, the authors propose a framework of "three stages of knowledge management" for library management patterns, including the primary strategy for the establishment of knowledge management system, the secondary strategy for the cultivation of knowledge workers and the advanced strategy for the promotion of knowledge service abilities. 2 figs. 35 refs. |
