| The author thinks that self-guided management is an extension of human-based management and integrates reason, feeling and law. In this management pattern, emphasis should be put on the creativity, moral education and incentives of librarians. Then the self-guided services of readers can be realized. 4 refs. |

| “理、情、法”三位一体的自导式管理模式是图书馆人本管理外延的延续,是指管理者和被管理者的意志和目标统一于整个服务系统的共同意志和目标,并将这一共同的理念化为个人的自觉、自主、自律、自为、自强的行为,实现管理者个人的目标与意志,同时实现服务系统的目标与意志。在这一管理模式中要强化馆员的创新意识,加强馆员思想建设,完善激励机制。要通过诱导、感应和启发读者灵性,实现读者自导式服务。参考文献4。 |
