| Abstract: |
| In Western literature, the concept of information ethics appeared in the 1980s. In China,the studies of information ethics began in the 1990s, and are similar to those in Western countries, which are something like "containers" of ethical issues related to information. The author proposes to establish a general information ethics, which should not only reflect the characteristics of our own country, bet also realize an international integration. 11 refs. |

| 在西方文献中,信息伦理学这一概念出现于20世纪80年代。我国的信息伦理学研究始于20世纪90年代。我国的信息伦理学研究类似于西方规范的信息伦理学模式。这种模式似乎是各种有关信息问题应用伦理学的“集装箱”。我们应当建立一种一般的规范的信息伦理学。在今天,不仅要有各自适应本国国情的信息伦理学,而且应当实现信息伦理学在全球信息通道中的整合。参考文献11。 |
