| The author thinks that Chinese libraries have not been ariatocratized and should be given proper evaluation, services to the public and special services are not conflicting, the government is responsible for the budget shortage, "library spirit" should be promoted, Chinese librarians have been working with "library spirit" , and the shortcomings of public libraries should not be overstated. 4 refs. |
