| 对我国34所大学图书馆的网络调研结果表明,用户在线服务存在着信息资源检索服务不够深广、信息参考咨询服务手段缺乏高效、在线电子资源利用教育尚处于建设初期、学科导航个性化不够明显、服务项目缺乏规范化管理等问题。提出整合资源、提供全方位信息资源检索平台,提供在线一体化虚拟学习环境等建设性意见。表1。参考文献6。 |
