Abstract:
The author discusses parameters for the statistics of usage of electronic resources, including session numbers, search numbers and download numbers in a period of time, numbers of documents and data, average session numbers rejected in a period of time. Then, the author proposes a method for the evaluation of the performance of electronic resource services. 9 refs.
