Abstract:
In this paper,the author explains the concept of information resource development as a process of human selection,acquisition,organization and development of chaotic information in various media,summarizes the contents as systematic planning,selection and acquisition,digitization and database development,network information development,resource organization management, cooperative development and theorctical and methodological studies,and proposes a theoretical framework including basic theory,document information resource development,digital information resource development and cooperative development and resource sharing.2 figs.8 refs.

      信息资源建设是人类对处于无序状态的各种媒介信息进行选择、采集、组织和开发等活动,使之形成可资利用的信息资源体系的全过程。其主要内容有:信息资源体系规划;信息资源的选择与采集、馆藏资源数字化与数据库建设、网络信息资源开发;信息资源组织管理;信息资源共建共享和信息资源建设基本理论与方法研究。其理论体系由基础理论、文献信息资源建设、数字信息资源建设、信息资源共建与共享四部分组成。图2。参考文献8。
