| Nowadays,there are two obstacles to the development of Chinese librarianship,i.e.the lack of a library law and the division of different library systems.The authors think that we can use law to guarantee the parallel development of libraries in different systems.Private libraries are an important kind of libraries suitable to be developed in urban communities,small towns and suburban areas.1 fig. 10 refs. |

| 目前,中国图书馆事业发展的两大障碍是图书馆法的缺失和领导体制的条块分割、多头领导。用法律来保证多种体制图书馆并行发展,是完全可行的、有益的。私营图书馆是一种重要的图书馆体制类型,很适合在城市社区、小城镇及其周边农村发展。只要对其施以科学监管和积极扶持,就能持续发展并发挥作用。图1。参考文献10。 |
