| American libraries are the initiators of information resource sharing,and are successful in their practices.Resource sharing has played an important role in the scientific,economic and social development of U.S.A.The authors recommend to learn from American experiences,put emphasis on the guidance and support of the government,introduce market mechanisms,create a Chinese information resource market oriented to the world.15 refs. |
