Abstract:
The author analyzes the unsatisfactory situation of human resource incentive mechanisms in Chinese libraries,and points out some key factors,such as departmental characteristics,key performance indicators,punishment and reward.We should start with the drafting of objectives and regulations,the selection of capable staff members,the implementation of democratic management and the leading roles of managers.1 fig.6 refs.

      我国图书馆建立和实施人力资源激励机制的现状不够理想。图书馆激励机制的基本框架应是在既定战略目标之下,分别按部门特征和关键绩效指标(KPI)的思想和方法,层层划分出不同职位的绩效指标,并据以实施奖惩,实现有效激励。实施激励机制要从制定目标、建立制度、尊重人才、实行民主管理和领导带头等方面做起。图1。参考文献6。
