Abstract:
Social urbanization creates modern cultural and educational environment.In the modern Chinese social development environment with the characteristics of economical globalization and urbanization,there are pluralistic factors affecting the development of libraries,and it is more important to know the needs of the public than to seek development funds.The author thinks that the researches on modern library development should be in accordance with the internal laws of social development.7 refs.
