Abstract:
Taking CNKI,Chinese Scientific Journals Database and Wanfang Info Site as examples, the author analyzes the coverage fo these databases and points out some problems in database development in China.Then,she proposes some strategies to solve the problems,such as establishing macroscopic regulative mechanisms,coordinating existing databases,accelerating copyright legislation, and strengthening the relationship among the production,management and utilization of periodicals.3 tabs.7 refs.

      《中国期刊网》、《中国科技期刊数据库》、《万方数据资源系统》都收录有中文印刷型文科核心期刊原文。分析它们的收录情况,看出我国全文期刊库存在着重复建设突出、空白缺门同时存在等问题。提高全文期刊库收录文科核心期刊完整性的对策有:建立适合我国国情的全文期刊库生产的宏观调控机制,协调现有全文期刊库的收录范围和收录重点,加快我国著作权立法的步伐,加强期刊文献生产、管理与利用者的联系。表3。参考文献7。
