Abstract:
The Statement of Principles, commonly known as the ＂Paris Principles＂, was approved by the Internatianal Conference on Cataloguing Principles in 1961. According to the requirements of the 4th IFLA Meeting of Experts on an International Cataloguing Code, the authors compare similarities and differences of Chinese Cataloging Rules and International Cataloging Principles （ a revised version of The Statement of Principles）, especially in GMDs, seriality, muhipart structures, personal names, corporate bodies and uniform titles, and make an evaluation of the draft of Statement of International Cataloguing Principles.

      1961年，IFLA在巴黎召开的国际编目原则会议通过了《原则声明》。根据国际编目规则第四次专家会议的要求，对《中国文献编目规则》和《原则声明》的“一般资料标识”、“连续性资源”、“多卷／多部分资料”、“个人名称”、“团体名称”、“统一题名”等进行比较，并对《国际编目原则声明（草案）》提出评估。
