| At present,there are very few cases of the integration of public libraries,university libraries and information institutions in Central and Western China.To construct such an information service system,the author proposes some strategies,including clear planning,detailed plans,feasible management mechanisms,data standardization and management systems,regional information service portals,resource systems,and user training centers.3 refs. |

| 目前,我国中西部地区能实现公共、高校图书馆和情服机构三位一体信息服务体系者极少见。这一共享服务体系的构建应从如下对策入手:要有明晰的实施思路;要制订详细的实施方案,包括明确体系的管理体制、建立数据标准化加工与集成管理体系、建立区域性信息服务门户和三级资源保障体系,以及建立用户培训中心等。参考文献3。 |
